Rainbow Trout II

Original design, chip carved from clear white pine, 7.25" long. Never touched by sandpaper, the fish has a nice hand hewn texture due to the excellent knife work.  Much of the wood has been left natural, and the rest has been  hand brush painted in artist oil paints in a bright and vibrant style.  Antique German glass eyes and antiqued copper fins. Fully weighted and swim tested.  One of a kind fish from Rich.

Silver (Coho) Salmon 

Hand carved from clear white pine, 8.25" long. Brush painted with oils, the finish has a bright metallic sheen. Hand painted glass eyes and painted  copper fins. Weighted and swim tested.  Painted in ocean run colors, just like the 15 pounder that Rich caught on his Alaskan trip this last summer.

Northern Pike  

Original design, carved from basswood, 6.5" long.  Brush painted with artist oils.  Hand painted glass eyes, painted copper fins.  Weighted and swim tested.

Coho Salmon

Antique style carved from Jersey white cedar, 7.5" long.  Brush painted with artist oil paints.  Antiqued copper fins and antique style lure glass eyes.   Weighted and swim tested.  Beautiful hand rubbed finish enhances the antique patina of this decoy.

Yellow Perch

Original design, carved from clear Jersey cedar, 7.25" long.  Rich has antiqued the beautiful cedar to accentuate the grain of the wood.  Brush painted with artist oil paints.  Painted copper fins and hand painted glass eyes.   Weighted and swim tested.  Rich's Perch decoys have won many blue ribbons and this is as nice as any he has made.
