Redhead Herring Cheater Decoy

Original design, carved from Jersey white cedar,  6" long. Brush painted with artist oils and hand painted glass eyes. Copper fins, stainless steel line tie, and stainless steel wire captures the hooks in the belly lead.  Rich makes very few of these "Cheaters" and his Cheater entry in the 2008 World Championships won First Place in the largest class in the contest.

This terrific 7.25" frog spotted "Shiner" is carved from Jersey white cedar that is antiqued to bring up the beautiful wood grain.  It has painted copper fins, antique style German glass eyes, and is beautifully hand brush painted with artist oil paints.  Rich has used this same original pattern to win many awards at the World Championship level.
